Biki Blast: Feb 2021

After exceeding 1.3 million Biki rides in 2019, Biki was on track to have another record year. Then, COVID-19 hit our community, followed by abrupt lifestyle changes and a significant decline in ridership. As we review the data from 2020, we can see how the pandemic has changed the way we ride and how we operate.
