How do I redeem my promotion code? (I do not have a Biki Account)
Go to the blue "Sign up" button at the top right of the screen. You will need to create an account and enter a valid credit or debit card to redeem the gift code.
Under "Account Information" make sure to select the Membership Plan that corresponds with your gift ($15 monthly, $25 monthly, $20 Free Spirit).
Enter gift code after the credit card information.

Can I redeem a gift certificate at a Biki Stop kiosk?
The code cannot only be redeemed by signing up for an account at GoBiki.org
Can I check my remaining balance?
At this time you are not able to check your remaining balance. If you would like to know your balance please contact email@example.com.
Can I still get the auto-renew bonus?
The auto-renew bonus gives riders who sign up a 13th month free. All users who auto-renew for 12 consecutive months will receive the 13th month free.
Make sure it is checked in your account settings!
Why do I have to enter a credit card to redeem a gift code?
Your credit card will not be charged unless you inquire any overage or damage fees, or if your bike is lost or stolen. If you ride over the limit allotted, an overage charge of $3.50 per half hour will be charged to your card.
Gift card purchases and unused minutes are nonrefundable, non-transferable and have no cash value.
