Kelvin Tjia has a background in commerce graduating from the Australian School of Business at the University of New South Wales, Australia. Throughout his career working as a professional for various multinational corporations he gained an in-depth knowledge into business management across diverse business sectors and geographies. He is extremely passionate about sustainable transport, is a certified bicycle mechanic at the Bike School Asia, and believes everyone deserves an enjoyable experience along their commute. He is committed to apply his skill sets to help serve Honolulu's first bike share program, biki.

Marisa Oishi, Administrative Manager

Marisa Oishi graduated from the University of Hawaii at Manoa with her Bachelor's degree in English Studies. Her most recent experience is in customer service and sales management for telecommunications.  For the last 6 years she served as a Retail Training Store Manager for U-Mobile, LLC; helping to build a local business. Previous to that, she was a part of the leadership team for T-Mobile (US) for 5 years.

Jon Alexander, Operations Supervisor

Jonathan Alexander comes from a background in technology and field operations. He joined Secure Bike Share Hawaii serving as the Field Technician during initial deployment. Previously Jonathan spent 7 years in field operations applying theoretical principles and making advancements in the development of training and best practices. Now, as the Operations Supervisor, he applies his knowledge and experience with technical work in a collaborative environment to foster a team that ensures Biki bikes are well tuned and are there for you when you need them. He is devoted to serving the local community and the advancement of bike share by providing a sustainable, environmentally friendly transportation option to Hawaii.
