Bonus Minutes with Free Spirit Auto-Reload

02/16/2018
85% of Biki members opt for the Free Spirit Plan option. The bank of minutes offered by this popular plan allows for the most flexibility and is perfect for the spontaneous rider who is not ready to commit to a monthly option. On average, the 300-minute time bank lasts Free Spiriters about 4 months and provides around 25 rides (less than a dollar a trip!).

Have a Free Spirit Plan or thinking about getting one? Here are three reasons to make sure to sign up for the auto-reload feature:

1. More Bang for your Buck

Every time your Free Spirit balance gets down to 0 minutes, we'll automatically add 330 minutes to your remaining balance (a 30 minute bonus!). With our average member ride being about 18 minutes, that's nearly 2 free Biki trips each time!

2. Don't Worry About Overage Charges

If you're not careful, overage fees can add up if you exceed your 300-minute time bank! But on auto-reload, you'll always have minutes left.

3. 24/7 Access to Biki

Auto-reload means your account is always active. You'll be able to check out a bike at any time and any place without worrying about an expired plan.

Monthly Plan Auto-Renew Bonus

Don't have a Free Spirit Plan? Our $15 and $25 Monthly Members also can get free rides by signing up for the auto-renew bonus. Your plan will renew automatically every month and if you remain on auto-renew for 12 consecutive months you'll get the 13th month free.
